Escape Luxury Mobile Spa Booking Policies

Escape Luxury Mobile Spa delivers the spa to you in a one of a kind, custom-built mobile spa on wheels! Because travelling to and from locations is a big investment, I need to know that you'll still want my services when I arrive.

Please review my booking and cancellation policies and learn more about

scheduling my mobile spa services.

Bookings:
There is a $50 minimum for individual bookings for most areas. Some exceptions may apply, please ask. After hours and group bookings have a $100 minimum.  

Payment:
Escape Luxury Mobile Spa accepts the following methods of payment:
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Gift Certificates and e-transfers.

*Please note that the exact payment amount is required if paying with cash as no funds are kept on board the van for making change.
*Taxes are NOT included in retail and service prices

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available and may be purchased electronically. Certificates will be sent to you by email...just print or forward directly to the recipient! Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Certificates sold for specific treatments, the treatment(s) value is valid for 1 year. (After 1 year, if the specific treatment(s) has gone up in price, the original purchase amount will be honored)
*After 2 years, all certificates will no longer be valid)

Cancellations:
Cancellations and significant changes to appointments require 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations and changes made beyond the required time, will be subject to the following service charges: 50% of the service total. Bookings cancelled on the  day of appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) total. Group and event bookings require a minimum of 72 hours for cancellations or significant changes to appointments. Cancellations made beyond the required time will be charged 50% of the service(s) total. 100% if cancelled on the day of event.
Cancellation fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL before any further bookings are made.

No-Shows:

100% of the service total will be charged for no-shows. 

Late for Appointments:
All appointments are booked with enough time for your service(s). The Escape Luxury Mobile Studio will arrive approx. 10 minutes in advance to allow time for set up. Please be mindful of time as there is likely to be other clients scheduled following your appointment. Because of this, it is important that your appointment begins on time or the service may need to be shortened or not all services scheduled may be done, in which case full charges still apply. If you are going to be late...please let me know as early as possible! 

Group Bookings:
Some group bookings may require a credit card to secure the booking. 50% of the service total will be charged for cancellations or significant changes made beyond the 72 hour required time for cancellations. 100% of the service total will be charged for cancellations made on the day of the event.  

Travel Fees & Parking:
Escape Luxury Mobile Spa offers services to most areas between Sidney and Sooke! All travel fees are included for most areas.  Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond my usual service area and will be determined at the time of booking * Please note that travel fees are determined by several factors and may be reduced or waived depending on the size of booking or if an appointment can be grouped to an already scheduled appointment in your area on the same day. Clients will be responsible for any fees incurred while providing your services such as parking or outside service area charges. Such fees will be added to the service total. * Please note that I require a level spot to park.
